When Fleetworthy manages customer's Driver Qualification Files, we are an extension of their team. It is very important we have the right processes in place to ensure everyone is on the same page. This course is going to walk you through exactly how we do that.
About This Course
Managing customer's Driver Qualification Files is a team effort. It starts with the customer’s giving us their documents and our FWS Driver Safety / Shared Services teams taking it from there. With multiple people auditing Driver Qualification Files, it is important that everyone audits the documents the same way. Our Quality Control Processes ensures this happens. To make things even more complicated, each customer may do things a bit differently along with taking different services. Which is why we have Client Manuals for each customer identifying those differences. This course walks you through all these steps.
